“I feel ugly”
Why do I feel ugly? Mainly because I see perfect pictures of perfect people with perfect bodies and perfect faces all over the internet. Do they exist in real life? I don’t know. I am comparing myself to others. Is this normal? Do others do the same? Could this be why so many people suffer with so many mental health problems like anorexia or bulimia or other issues pertaining to our personal identities? I am serious. I have not had one person asking me on a date for a very long time. This is Potentially evidence to me that I am not attractive at all. How do we feel about this subject? Is this pushing any buttons? Are we completely out of touch or could this be an epidemic? Have we all been programmed to believe and accept what has been subconsciously suggested to us to be acceptable and attractive and have we been told what not to accept and have we believed this? What are your thoughts? I really want to know.

You're far from Ugly Cari You're Beautiful
Honestly. You are so beautiful. I love your eyes. 😍 Unforunately because of social media, and the messages it tells us everyday like to wear more makeup, to mask our natural scent with perfumes sprays, to make sure we have no spots and to make sure our hair is tidy and not all over the place. Social media has conditioned us to believe that we are not beautiful beings as we are. It has taught us that we are not worthy of love, unless we look a certain way. Social media is WRONG! We are beautiful beings just the way we are. Personally I find women to be more attractive without makeup than with makeup, because I can see the real them if that makes sense. 🥰🤗
